الشروط والأحكام

أولاً: سياسة الدفع

• جميع المدفوعات تتم عبر وسائل دفع معتمدة وآمنة داخل الموقع.

• تحتفظ الشركة بحق إلغاء أو رفض أي طلب في حال:

• الاشتباه بعملية احتيال
• إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة
• مشاكل في الدفع أو عدم تأكيده

• لا يتم تأكيد الطلب إلا بعد استلام الدفع بالكامل (ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك).

• الأسعار قابلة للتغيير في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، ولا يشمل ذلك الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها بالفعل.

• الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي رسوم إضافية من البنك أو مزود الدفع.

ثانياً: الشحن والتسليم

• مدة التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب الموقع أو الظروف اللوجستية.

• الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي تأخير خارج عن إرادتها (مثل: شركات الشحن، الجمارك، الظروف الجوية).

• يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال عنوان صحيح، وأي خطأ قد يؤدي لتأخير أو فقدان الشحنة.

ثالثاً: سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

• يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع أو استبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

• يُشترط:

• أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية
• غير مستخدم
• مع التغليف والفاتورة

• لا يتم قبول الاسترجاع في الحالات التالية:

• المنتجات المستخدمة أو التالفة بسبب العميل
• منتجات تم تركيبها أو فتحها بشكل يؤثر على إعادة بيعها
• الطلبات الخاصة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب

• تحتفظ الشركة بالحق الكامل في رفض أي طلب استرجاع لا يستوفي الشروط.

• يتم استرجاع المبلغ خلال مدة (7–14 يوم عمل) حسب وسيلة الدفع.

• تكاليف الشحن غير مستردة (إلا في حال خطأ من الشركة).

رابعاً: الضمان والصيانة

• بعض المنتجات تشمل ضمان محدد حسب الشركة المصنعة.

• الضمان لا يشمل:

• سوء الاستخدام
• التركيب الخاطئ
• الحوادث أو التعديلات غير المعتمدة

• جميع خدمات الصيانة تخضع لفحص فني مسبق.

• الشركة غير ملزمة بإصلاح أي ضرر خارج شروط الضمان.

• مدة الإصلاح تقديرية وغير ملزمة.

• لا تتحمل الشركة أي خسائر ناتجة عن توقف المنتج أثناء الصيانة.

خامساً: تحديد المسؤولية

• الشركة غير مسؤولة عن:

• أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو تبعية (مثل خسارة أرباح أو أعمال)
• سوء استخدام المنتجات
• تركيب غير صحيح من طرف العميل أو طرف ثالث

• الحد الأقصى لمسؤولية الشركة لا يتجاوز قيمة المنتج المشترى.

سادساً: إخلاء المسؤولية

• جميع المنتجات تُستخدم على مسؤولية العميل.

• الشركة لا تضمن توافق المنتج مع جميع الاستخدامات أو المركبات إلا إذا تم التصريح بذلك.

• الصور والمواصفات لأغراض توضيحية وقد تختلف عن المنتج الفعلي.

سابعاً: مكافحة الاحتيال

• تحتفظ الشركة بحق إلغاء أي طلب مشبوه دون إشعار مسبق.

• قد يتم طلب مستندات إضافية للتحقق من هوية العميل.

ثامناً: القانون المعمول به

• تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

• أي نزاع يتم حله أمام الجهات القضائية المختصة داخل الدولة.

Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Policy

All payments are processed through secure and approved payment methods available on the website.

The company reserves the right to cancel or reject any order in the following cases:

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Submission of incorrect or misleading information
• Payment issues or failure to confirm payment

Orders will only be confirmed after full payment has been successfully received, unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected.

The company is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by banks or payment service providers.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the customer’s location and logistical conditions.

The company shall not be held responsible for delays beyond its control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, customs procedures, or weather conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Any incorrect information may result in shipment delays or loss.

3. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be in its original condition
• Be unused
• Include the original packaging and invoice

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Products that have been installed, opened, or altered in a way that affects their resale condition
• Custom-made or special-order products

The company reserves the full right to reject any return request that does not meet the stated conditions.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method used.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by the company.

4. Warranty & Maintenance

Certain products may include a limited warranty provided by the manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or improper handling
• Incorrect installation
• Accidents or unauthorized modifications

All maintenance services are subject to prior technical inspection.

The company is not obligated to repair any damage that falls outside the warranty terms.

Repair timelines are estimated and non-binding.

The company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from product downtime during maintenance or repair.

5. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business interruption
• Misuse of products
• Improper installation carried out by the customer or any third party

The company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product concerned.
