• The product must not be installed or modified
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, our team will review the request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
