Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be in its original condition
• Be unused
• Include the original packaging and invoice

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Products that have been installed, opened, or altered in a way that affects their resale condition
• Custom-made or special-order products

The company reserves the full right to reject any return request that does not meet the stated conditions.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method used.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by the company.
